FAT BALLET is HERE! Starting THIS Thursday 6th November Body Image Fitness Newcastle on Heaton Road, 7:30-8:30pm. Do you consider yourself a plussize person? have you always wanted to try ballet or return to ballet but feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or maybe the way your body moves differently is not considered in other ballet classes? Well this class is different! Taught by a Fat professional dancer, specifically for bigger bodies to build confidence and share the love for dance with other people in bigger bodies! Perfect for absolute beginners and those who have danced in the past for all ages and genders over 18+.

In a world of Skinny jabs and he**in chic, we need to remember that our bodies deserve love no matter what society expects it to look like! We are all on different journeys and for some of us (including me) Being fat keeps us happier and healthier than we are in a smaller body. We don't owe anyone health or a thin body no matter what society says! But you do owe it to yourself to treat your body with love, care and respect at all times!
