What a wonderful day to spend some time in our local community feeding the birds at Leazers Park. We had happy faces all around as the children engaged with the local wildlife. We named the variety of birds we could see and noticed that some of the birds were very young with their fluffy down feathers.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, step-dads, grandads and anyone who is like a dad to you 🙌 Also thinking of all the dads no longer with us ❤️🙏

Wellness Wednesday is in full swing here at The Little Lotus Nursery!
This afternoon our older children took part in a calming yoga session, moving their bodies to do a variety of poses as they listened to Nadia’s story “ the hungry caterpillar”. The session encouraged not only imaginative thinking but also helped develop their listening skills, core strength, balance, and more. We’re so proud of their focus and enthusiasm!

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new under 2’s Room, specially designed to provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. 🍼✨

Our dedicated team is passionate about supporting every little one’s early development through gentle care, engaging play, and loving routines. From sensory activities to cozy cuddle times, we create a space where babies feel secure, happy, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Whether you’re a new or existing family, we welcome you to come and see how our Under 2’s Room can be the perfect place for your child’s first steps in learning and discovery.

🌳🐤 Fun at Leazes Park! 🌻🌞

Today we had a lovely time exploring Leazes Park! Our under 2’s fed the ducks and birds by the water. The children were so gentle and curious as they watched them up close. Afterward, we had so much fun on the swings and play equipment—so many smiles and giggles! It was a great day to enjoy the fresh air and nature together. 🌿💛

🐹✨ A Special Visit at The Little Lotus Nursery! ✨🐹

Today we had some little furry visitors at The Little Lotus Nursery — a pair of adorable guinea pigs came to spend the day with us! 🐾

Our little ones were so excited to meet them, gently pet them, and even have a turn of holding them. It was such a lovely hands-on experience that helped the children learn about kindness, gentleness, and how to care for animals. 💕🌿

There were so many smiles, giggles, and wide-eyed moments — it truly was a magical day full of cuddles and curiosity!

Thank you to our special guinea pig guests for bringing so much joy into our nursery today. We’re sure this is a memory the children will treasure. 🐹💛
