In the Navy โ
On 14th May 2026, Trinity Academy Newcastle Upper Site welcomed the Royal Navy Presentation Team for an informative and engaging visit.
Learners discovered the vital role the Royal Navy plays, learning about its people, equipment, current operations, and future capabilities. They also watched short videos highlighting the important contribution the Royal Navy makes to supporting industry and protecting the UK's interests.
Our learners then had the opportunity to ask questions, and they impressed the team with their thoughtful and insightful responses. ๐
To finish the session, learners took part in a series of leadership challenges, putting their communication, organisation, and teamwork skills to the test.
A fantastic day of learning, leadership, and fun for everyone involved! โ๐

Enrichment at Whickham Thorns ๐ง๐ฏ
