Year 3 learnt a great deal while having lots of fun this week! In maths, the children have been exploring geometry and made tangrams, creating some wonderfully imaginative and exciting designs. They've also enjoyed a fantastic time during transition days and are really looking forward to moving up to Year 4. The big sing was another highlight of the week, giving the children a chance to showcase their brilliant musicality.

Nursery went on a Summer walk looking for signs of Summer - they made shadows when the sun was out. They enjoyed noticing the blue sky, sunshine, insects, green trees, grass, plants and flowers. We had to wear sunglasses, hats/caps, sun cream.
Nursery did a healthy, active lifestyle session from a visiting coach - 1 activity was standing like The Angel of the North & your partner balancing beanbags on you.
