Year 4 had a fantastic morning at The Glasshouse watching an orchestral performance by Royal Northern Sinfonia - Sounds Of The Deep. 🎵🎵🎵

Year 4 visited Live Theatre today to watch a performance of 'Where Do All The Kittiwakes Go For Christmas?' They had a fantastic time and each received their very own postcard to take home.

The families of our Reception children experienced a little bit of Christmas magic this morning. The children performed a lovely mix of Christmas songs and Cragside classics. They were absolutely amazing!
The performance ended by all present singing 'We wish you a merry Christmas'. What a treat. 😃

Thank you to everyone who came to share the joy, thanks to the children and thanks to the incredible staff team too.

Years 4 and 5 had a fantastic morning at Northern Stage watching a magical performance of Beauty and the Beast.

Cragside children are all visiting Northern Stage this Christmas.

Children in Reception and Year 1 have all seen the wonderful 'The Night Before Chrismouse'.

The rest of the school are seeing the incredible Beauty and the Beast.

Thank you to Cragside PTFA for helping us to keep the costs of these magical visits as low as possible.

Even bigger plans for 2026!

We can't wait to welcome Cragside families to our Winter Festival on Friday 5th December. There'll be festive crafts and games, face painting, music from our wonderful musicians and Key Stage 2 choir and much more.

Fun in the snow at playtime! Today we had the first snowfall of the season. The children had a fantastic time on the school field at playtime, building snowmen and making snow angels! Lots of smiles all round!
