We wish you all a happy summer holidays and we apologise for the frustrations and inconvenience this may create.

We may be able to go ahead in 2023 at a new venue.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Due to the developing Covid-19 situation in the Newcastle Schools, we have been forced to make the unfortunate decision to CANCEL our Gamesweek provision Summer 2021:

Week 1: Mon 19th - Fri 23rd July
Week 2: Mon 26th - Fri 30st July
Week 3: Mon 2nd - Fri 6th August
Week 4: Mon 9th - Fri 13th August
Week 5: Mon 16th - Fri 20th August

This is a very frustrating set of circumstances and a huge disappointment for our team. From our family to yours, we apologise for the inconvenience that cancelling Gamesweek may create. We hope you all stay safe and well during this time of uncertainty and look forward to welcoming you back to Gamesweek in the future.

We will of course be providing all bookings with a FULL REFUND.

To secure a place, payment must be made at the time of booking using debit/credit card, childcare vouchers/Tax Free Childcare or BACS payment.

We are delighted to confirm that Gamesweek will be running this Summer 2021 at the Royal Grammar School Newcastle on the following dates:

Wk 1: Mon 19th July – Fri 23rd July
Wk 2: Mon 26th July – Fri 30th July
Wk 3: Mon 2nd Aug – Fri 6th Aug

Friday 19th June 2020 we notified Gamesweek parents regarding the cancellation of:

Saturday 4th July 2020 we informed customers of our decision to cancel the remaining weeks:
Week 3: Mon 20th - Fri 24th July
Week 4: Mon 27th - Fri 31st July
Week 5: Mon 3rd - Fri 7th August
Week 6: Mon 10th - Fri 14th August

Gamesweek provides sports and activities for children during the Summer and Easter holidays. Using the exceptional RGS facilities, we offer a range of sports, games, arts and crafts in a programme designed for enjoyment.

This Summer 2018 offers six weeks of activities delivered by expert and caring staff, led by Mr Fred Dickinson who is a member of the Sports Department at Newcastle Royal Grammar School (RGS) with over 30 years of teaching experience.

Sports hall and pool is set up for our first day on Tuesday morning. We are half way there !

Gamesweek will be providing Sports and Activities during two weeks of the Easter holidays 2018.

We will be using the outstanding RGS facilities to deliver an exciting programme of sports, games, arts and crafts.

There are still spaces in both weeks one and two of the easter holidays and please book as soon as possible.
