Do you model healthy digital habits for your children? πŸ€”

A key way that children learn is through mimicking, and this can apply to technology as well. Setting limits and routines for yourself and your family helps promote a healthy tech relationship. πŸ“±

This can include:
πŸ’‘ Talking early and often about what heathy online behaviours look like.
πŸ’‘ Family tech agreements
πŸ’‘ Tech free time, such as limiting screen time or no phones at meals
πŸ’‘ Respectful interaction with positivity and manners

For more advice on how to model healthy habits, see our Online Safety Hub below.
