A key way that children learn is through mimicking, and this can apply to technology as well. Setting limits and routines for yourself and your family helps promote a healthy tech relationship. π±
This can include:
π‘ Talking early and often about what heathy online behaviours look like.
π‘ Family tech agreements
π‘ Tech free time, such as limiting screen time or no phones at meals
π‘ Respectful interaction with positivity and manners

As part of their new topic 'At the Seaside' Class 22 visited the beach. The pupils paid close attention to what they could see when they were there, and also had some fun in the park. ποΈπ

The pupils listened to the story βWhat the Ladybird Heard at the Seasideβ. Then they rolled red paint onto the underneath of a muffin tray and printed these onto paper to create red circles. Then they dipped their fingers into black paint and made spots on each red circle to create some ladybirds. Well done Class 15! ππ΄

Before half term, Class 17 were caterpillars trying out some of the food the caterpillar ate. The pupils had apple, strawberries, watermelon, grapes, mango, a piece of chocolate cake and shared pieces of a fairy cake but didnβt eat leaves. π¦πππ°

To finish their Animal Safari topic, Class 21 designed and created their own animal habitats. The pupils decided if their animal was a bird, mammal or fish. Then, they decided if they would live in a hot or cold climate. π¦π
