šŸ’šŸ¤ A special summer celebration! šŸ¤šŸ’

After lots of excitement and wedding countdowns before we broke up for the summer, Miss Trow wanted to share a few photographs from her very special day!

We had the most wonderful day surrounded by so much love and happiness, and we are incredibly thankful to everyone who helped make it so special. A huge thank you to all of the children, families and staff for the lovely cards gifts, messages and well wishes we received – your kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much to us both. 🄰

And, of course, there’s one little change for the new school year… Miss Trow is now Mrs RobinsonšŸ’āœØ

Here are a few special moments from our day that we wanted to share with our lovely school community. šŸ¤

Our brilliant Y6 class after their Leavers’ Assembly this morning. They have been a super class and we will miss them all very much and wish them well.

What a way to end a great year! Year 3 went to the beach, made ancient Egyptian canopic jars from clay, made seasonal salads to finish their DT project and showed off their many talents in a show. Thank you for your support and kindness this year šŸ’™

Year 3 loved meeting Amy Colpitts (Sam’s aunty), author of ā€˜The Gingerbread Camel’ which is a UAE version of ā€˜The Gingerbread Man.’
The book is available on Amazon and the illustrations are beautiful.

✨ What a fantastic final week we've had in Year 4! ✨

We have certainly finished the year with lots of smiles, laughter and wonderful memories! ā¤ļø

On Monday, we enjoyed a friendly game of rounders, showing fantastic teamwork, determination and encouragement for one another.

On Tuesday, we proudly showcased the musical skills we have been learning with Miss Hurley by performing for our Year 2 buddies. We were so proud to share our singing and it was lovely to perform for them.

Yesterday, we had an amazing time on our end-of-year trip to Adventure Valley! From exploring the playgrounds to bouncing on the giant pillows, there were smiles from start to finish and lots of happy memories made together.

Today, we rounded off the year by completing our DT project and making some delicious healthy sandwiches. This afternoon, we celebrated with a very special ā€˜wedding party' for Miss Trow ahead of her big day! šŸ’šŸ¤ The children enjoyed the celebrations, and some were especially excited to try on Miss Trow's veil—it certainly brought lots of laughter and some lovely photo opportunities!
