We had a wonderful first session with our latest ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring students last week and we are most pleased with the student feedback so far. We're proud that our programmes make a real difference to our students, at a much deeper level than typical training.

Superb ODX event this morning. Excellent world cafe conversations and inspirational talk by Dr Maxine Craig, all captured by the hugely talented Inky Thinker, Tom Russell.

We've had a superb two days developing coaches on our ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme. Our programme produces great coaches and we can't wait to hear this cohort's coaching success stories on Day 3 of their programme next month.
