Walking Basketball Newcastle is now based in Ponteland-we know it's not technically Newcastle but 🤷‍♀️Sessions are held in the sports Hall at Ponteland Community Primary School Tuesdays and Thursdays 8pm-9pm (you can come along once or twice a week). The sessions are mixed, adults only and open to all abilities. So if you fancy getting back on court or trying a new sport please message us to arrange a free trial session.

Unfortunately due to an issue beyond our control, sessions are suspended while we find a new venue. We will be back shortly and will update everyone on the new location, days and times as soon as we can. We will be back!

Don't forget our new Thursday night session🏀 starts tonight 6:30pm at Gosforth Junior Academy. This adults only mixed session is for all abilities with the aim to get some steps in whilst having fun. New players are always welcome, just email coach or drop us a message through this page.

We are the only walking basketball session in the Newcastle area. The session is run by an experienced basketball coach and walking basketball trained activator. It is an adults only mixed session for all abilities with a focus on fun and fitness for all. So whether you are looking to try a new sport or return to the game why not give walking basketball a try. Message or email us for more information and to book a free trial session, unfortunately we cannot acccept walk ins.
