Beach classes!

I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine, even if the wind is making it fairly chilly! I'm thinking ahead to the Summer Holidays and just finding out if anyone would be interested in me running more Relax Kids on the Beach sessions? They will have a beachy theme like last year and be weekly, probably on a Monday (due to childcare). Like last year, sessions would alternate between mornings and afternoons depending on the tides. Sessions would be £5 each week (the same as last year) with parents staying and joining in! I'd love to hear what you think! Thanks! ⛵️⚓️🏖🐳🐠🐙🧜‍♀️

SENsational is BACK!!!!! We are so excited for the return of our sensory stay and play group!

Suitable for children and families of all ages, with additional needs, we invite you to come along to play, chill and chat 🌈

£3 per family, no booking required, simply come along 1pm - 2.30pm 😁

💥 Monster Adventures is BACK!! 💥

Monster adventures will teach children about big emotions. Each week we will meet a new monster emotion, discuss how and where in the body we feel it and develop tools to help us deal with these emotions and become friends with our monsters.

Last time we ran Monsters we were fully booked in 24hrs!!

Starts Sunday 6th February, 3pm - 4pm for six weeks.
£35 per child (Sibling discount available)
Suitable for all primary age children.

Great to be back for more Relax Kids in 2022! This Wednesday (12th January) we start our Woodland Adventures at Carnival House, Southwick, from 4:30pm-5:15pm. It's totally FREE! Relax Kids are fun sessions where we Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax to give you and your children strategies to help you find your inner calm. Get in touch with Carnival House to book or turn up on the night. Looking forward to seeing you there! Ages 4+ families welcome.
