These are branded water bottles we give to clients after treatments like Japanese Head Spa and facial treatments. On the surface, itโs a simple gesture but from a business point of view, itโs doing much more.
Once a client leaves the salon, the experience doesnโt stop at the door.
They take this with them.
They meet a friend.
They get asked, โWhere have you been?โ
And just like that, a conversation about your business starts without you being there.
Thatโs branding.
Itโs not about being flashy or expensive.
Itโs about being memorable.
The little touches:
โข How clients feel after their treatment
โข What they leave with
โข What reminds them of your business later
Those things create word of mouth without you having to ask for it.
Strong brands arenโt built on logos alone โฆ theyโre built on experiences people want to talk about.
This is the kind of thinking I work on with my coaching clients:
how small, intentional changes can quietly elevate your business and set you apart.
Because when the experience is right, people do the marketing for you.
