Welcome to 'Pot Still Heaven'

The Old Man Rum Co. would like to thank those of you who have paid such warming and heartfelt tributes to our founder, Ian Linsley, since his untimely passing. The response from the community has been overwhelming, and is testament to the positive impact Ian had, both in the world of rum and his personal life. Ian’s legacy will endure, and we are determined to ensure that his lifelong dream to create a series of perfect, pot still rum Expressions lives on.

Ian’s private funeral will take place tomorrow at 10:45 in Blyth. Following this, there will be a celebration of Ian’s life at St Michael’s Church in Alnwick at 12:30, to which all are welcome.

We are profoundly sorry to report the death on Saturday 18 August 2018 of the founder of The Old Man Rum Company, Ian Linsley, after a short, courageous fight against cancer. Ian was an inspirational character who lived life to the full and relentlessly pursued excellence.

Experts have now confirmed that rum is going to be tipple of choice in 2018. Expressions rum is the world’s first multi-origin, Aged, Cask Strength, Pure Pot Still Rum blend comprising 7 different rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica. An absolute must for Rum connoisseur and collector/investor alike.
