Happy Easter everyone. If you would like to join our Easter egg decorating competition, please send photos of your decorated egg to the inbox on this page. A prize will be given to the lucky winner. Hope you all have a fab Easter! 🐣

Just a reminder that tonight is grading night.

Everyone who is grading needs to have arrived by 6pm. Remember to wear your full suit, if you have one, bring a drink and remember your grading starts when you walk through the training hall doors. So showing respect is key!

The next training session will be next Monday, 28th March.

Congratulations to our Junior and Senior students of the year 2021. Anna and Natasha, well done you have been a pleasure to teach. The competition is now on for 2022. Which of our students will it be this year 🤔 🧐 It's all to play for!!

Just a reminder for the grading tomorrow.

If you are taking the grading please be at the centre ready to grade for 5:30pm. Please don't be late!

Remember we wouldn't have put you in if we didn't think you were ready. Just do your best and leave everything on the floor. You are all stars so try not to worry too much and enjoy it. ⭐

If you aren't grading tomorrow. We are going to have a shortened Christmas fun session starting at 6:30pm. Please feel free to come to the centre at half 6 and join in the fun 🎅🎄⛄

Great work rate last night. Well done to all students. Great to see the new starters hitting the ground running. Your progressing really well in such a short space of time. The green belts stamina training is producing great results. You're all trying super hard and its showing. Well done all! 🥋

If you would like to join us for our next family fun day, on Friday 3rd September. Please message us so we have an idea of numbers. Weather not looking good. The final activities will be decided based on the number of families attending and the weather forecast. Hope to see you all soon 🙂
