Another great session up in a very sunny Scotland this past weekend. I love traveling up there and seeing the athletes I am working with. Lots of potential and can't wait to see the end results.

So... Whilst I have been quiet on here I have still been working to grow my brand. I now have a website with a blog attached. This is the best way to contact me as it has all of my info on and additionally you can book sessions on here. I have been working a lot behind the scenes to make this possible. I have quite a few athletes I am working with now and I'd like to thank each one of them for putting their trust in me. I am aiming to do one or two blog posts a month, maybe more if I have the time and enough topics. If anyone has any ideas for posts I'd be interested in hearing them.

So as most of you know by now, I am going off to Colombia soon to shoot the 3rd stage of the Hyundai World Cup. There is very little funding available, so I have started a GoFundMe to try and help reduce the cost where I can. Great day at Thirsk Archers for my first coaching seminar that I've ever ran. It went really well and some great feedback overall. It's great to see my logo being used. Trying to grow this coaching business has been a passion of mine in the background and this feels like a step in the right direction.

2 happy customers these past few weeks. Sinead Byrne of the U18 GB compound squad. Working on form and equipment before the European Youth Championships. Changed the grouping of the arrows and ex*****on of the shot. Finshed 9th in the Championships and 2nd in the team match. Amazing well done.

And working today with Gavin Terry to set up a new Invicta SVX 40. Got all set up and a good tune in an hour and a half. Changed to the 3 cam to lengthen the DL. New strings and cables. Nocking point, dloop, peep sight, and all accessories set up.
