I’m looking for 5 women and not the ones asking if this will “tone my tummy before summer”.
The ones who:
• skip breakfast, live on coffee until 2pm, then wonder why they’re inhaling biscuits at night
• sit at a desk all day, feel knackered by 6pm, and tell themselves they’re “too tired to train”

Mini ✂️
7 weeks.
Nothing crazy, im not stepping on stage again. But im pleased.
Yes, the scale has moved.
But honestly, that’s the least interesting thing that’s happened.
Here’s what I’m actually proud of:
🪜 I can now smash 45 minutes on the stairs without wanting to die. A month ago? Not a chance. My cardiovascular fitness has genuinely shifted and I feel it in everything I do.
💪🏼 My core strength is at a level it hasn’t been in a long time — because consistency does what motivation alone never will.
I do shy away from core because of my lower back - but that’s me being a p***y in all honesty. And im glad I’ve proved myself wrong.
😊 Im enjoying my training a lot more and being in a more focused routine.
But the thing I want to talk about most?
Even I need a coach!
I spend my days holding other people accountable, building their programs, keeping them on track when life gets in the way.
And yet without someone doing the same for me, I drift — just like everyone else.
Having someone in my corner has been the difference between
‘ill just eat a bit of this’
or
‘I dont need to train as long today I’m busy’
and actually stopping the excuses and doing the work - no matter what.
We talk a lot about coaching as something you need when you’re a beginner.
But the truth is, the further along you get, the more valuable accountability becomes — because you know just enough to talk yourself out of the hard stuff.
Knowing what to do is only 1% of the battle.
F**king doing it is the other 99.
