🥞✨ Shrove Tuesday – Pancake Day Fun! ✨🥞

Today at nursery we had a flipping fantastic time celebrating Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day)! 🎉

The children enjoyed learning why people celebrate Shrove Tuesday and talked about different toppings they like on their pancakes – from yummy strawberries and bananas to lots of chocolate spread! 🍓🍌🍫

Activities like this help develop:
⭐️ Fine motor skills through mixing and pouring
⭐️ Turn-taking and sharing
⭐️ Communication and language as we talked about ingredients and instructions
⭐️ Early maths skills while measuring and counting
