Hi there! 🧘‍♀️
If you're feeling unmotivated to exercise, congratulations, you've just become a yoga sloth! Embrace your laziness and ditch the pressure to work out. Instead, join me for yoga classes that you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed, with a warm cup of coffee and a cozy blanket.

My classes will focus on stretching, which can improve your flexibility, mood, alleviate stress, and ease aches and pains. Most importantly, they'll energize you!

I offer a variety of courses suitable for everyone, including beginner-friendly classes, intermediate classes, and chair yoga for those with injuries or pains. For those looking to increase their heart rate and lose weight, I recommend trying my Pilates and Yogilates courses.

In my classes, we'll practice a combination of Hatha and Yin yoga, holding each pose for 30 seconds to two minutes depending on the pose's complexity. I offer various classes, including sleepy yoga, ball yoga, standing/sitting Hatha yoga, yoga against the wall, Yogilates, Pilates, and more. But our main goal is to take breaks and embrace our inner sloth.

If you have specific goals in mind, I can create custom yoga sessions tailored to your needs.
