Describing Food Conditions in Spanish

When talking about food, it’s important to describe its condition. For example, verde (unripe), crudo (raw), and pasado de maduro (overripe) — El plátano está verde (The banana is unripe), La carne está cruda (The meat is raw), La fruta está pasada de madura (The fruit is overripe). These expressions help you describe freshness and readiness.
