Over the last 3 years, I've had the honour of supporting 100s of women of they prepare to welcome their babies into the world.

Join me on Saturday 11th July for a calm, nurturing pregnancy relaxation class, designed for mums-to-be from 12+ weeks.

In this gentle, supportive space, you’ll experience:

💛 Hypnobirthing breathing techniques helping you feel calm, confident and more in control for birth

💛 A mindful pregnancy circle to connect, share, and feel supported by other mamas on the same journey as you

💛 A deeply soothing guided relaxation helping you to ease stress, reduce anxiety and release tension

Spaces to pregnancy relaxation are deliberately kept small and intimate, keeping things friendly and relaxed.
