What is PROGRESS to you??

It could be as simple as seeing your weight drop down the scale 📉

It could be watching your lifting weights rise 💪

BUT regardless of that - it isn’t always going to be linear.

📈Progress can be seen in so many different ways - it can fluctuate. Take your weight for example, say you start at 70kg and within 2 weeks you’ve gone down to 68kg and then a week later you’re back up to 69kg… That’s still progress!

Anything that is better than when you started, even if it’s only 0.5kg, it’s still progression and you’ll improve on it every week 🔥
