Happy to announce I'm now part of Team Olympia!
I will be conducting personal training sessions from Olympia gym, Westerhope.
About me: I started my fitness journey in my early 20s, when i suddendly realised how important health was and how unhealthily i was living.
This is where i found a passion for weightlifting, and this helped me completely change my life, through mind and body transformation.
From that, i went on to gain a degree in sports sciences, specialising in exercise, health and fitness. I aquired my personal training certificate alongside my degree to begin doing what i love most.

Happy new year everyone!
There's a good one to kick the health buzz back in. Meals can actually be this size when your plate isn't full of rubbish.
Takes 15 minutes and you can double or tripple quantities for a few meal preps.
Chilli and garlic fried veg (pepper, mushroom & tomato)
Roasted five bean salad ( in cumin and paprika)
Steamed broccoli
Quinoa grains
And sweet chilli hummus.
