When this legend first reached out, he was stuck in the same cycle a lot of people find themselves in 🔄

Busy, frustrated and trying to make progress but never quite getting the results he wanted.

He decided it was time to do something different.

He reached out, got some structure in place and committed to showing up for himself.

From there, everything changed.

He got into the gym consistently, focused on his nutrition, improved his sleep and recovery to look after all aspects of his health.

Most people don’t fall short because they lack ability.

They fall short because they spend years telling themselves they’ll start tomorrow.

Tomorrow becomes next week.
Next week becomes next month.
Next month becomes next year.

The gym membership stays unused.
The goals only stay written down.
The life they want stays just out of reach.

Not because they couldn’t do it.

Because they never truly committed to becoming the person they knew they could be.

The saddest part?

One day, you’ll either look back proud of what you achieved


Or you’ll spend the rest of your life wondering what would’ve happened if you’d stopped making excuses and just started.

So the question is simple:

The best bit about coaching?

It’s not just the weight loss, PBs or the progress photos.

It’s seeing people become more confident, fitter, happier and finding a routine that actually works around their life.

With the right plan in place, it’s incredible what you can achieve in just a few weeks đŸ’ȘđŸŒđŸ“ˆ

When Tom first came to me, his goal was simple.
He wanted to add some size before heading to Ibiza and feel confident in how he looked.

Fast forward a few weeks and the results speak for themselves.

He added muscle mass across his whole physique, dropped body fat and saw the scales move up consistently each week.

This came down to one thing. Consistency.

Tom showed up, stuck to his plan and made his training and nutrition a priority even with an incredibly busy schedule.

He didn’t make excuses or wait for a quieter time. He just got on with it.

And because of that, he now looks better, feels stronger and has more energy to get through his long days at work.

Most people will use this time of year as an excuse to ease off.

But if you want real progress, you have to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start prioritising yourself NOW.

Hydration matters more than most people realise, especially in weather like this 💩

Low energy, headaches, poor gym performance, cravings and feeling rubbish, often it’s not your calories or motivation levels


You’re just dehydrated.

A good rule of thumb is around 1 litre of fluid per 25kg of bodyweight and that’s BEFORE training, steps and sweating more in this heat.

And remember, hydration doesn’t just come from water either.

Sugar-free juice, milk, tea, coffee, electrolytes and certain foods all help contribute towards hydration.

If you’re training hard or sweating loads, adding electrolytes in can make a massive difference with performance, recovery and avoiding that drained feeling.

Simple task this week whilst it’s hot:

Keep fluid intake consistent, keep a drink nearby and don’t wait until you’re thirsty to start drinking.

You’ll be surprised how much better you feel when you’re properly hydrated đŸ‘ŠđŸŒ

When Courtney first came to me, she wanted to improve her fitness levels and actually enjoy training again đŸ’ȘđŸŒ

Like many people, she had fallen out of love with it and just wanted to feel good in herself, both physically and mentally.

Fast forward four weeks and the change was incredible!

Her strength and fitness improved massively, she dropped body fat without even trying and most importantly, she rediscovered her confidence and enjoyment with her training!

No restriction, no extreme dieting, just structure, consistency and balance!

I was at a mindset mastery day the other week when reminded me of this bomb đŸ’„

And it’s true, the way you perceive things shapes everything in your life.

If you believe every challenge is a setback, you’ll stop before you even begin.

If you see it as a chance to learn and grow, you’ll keep moving forward, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Your perception decides whether you find reasons or excuses. Whether you focus on what’s possible or convince yourself it isn’t worth trying.

The people who actually get results aren’t the ones who never struggle. They’re the ones who see every obstacle as part of the process instead of a reason they can’t do it.

So before you say it’s not working or that it’s too hard, take a step back and ask yourself


Is your mindset helping you move forward or is it holding you back?

Because your perception of everything will either open doors for you or hold you back đŸ‘ŠđŸŒ
