Some wins don’t show up in your Stripe account.
Some show up in your confidence.
In finally saying no to the wrong clients.
In trusting your gut.
In writing the post without over-explaining.

We’re so conditioned to only celebrate visible success. But what about the silent ones?
The emotional shifts.
The boundaries held.
The decisions made from power, not panic?

Those matter.
They are building something that lasts, even if no one else sees it yet.

What’s a win you’ve had recently that no one clapped for, but changed everything for you?

Being visible means owning your story before anyone else can twist it.
You’ve got a story.
Maybe it’s not neat. Maybe it’s not shiny. Maybe it includes things you still find hard to say out loud.

But if you don’t own it, someone else will define it for you.
Being visible doesn’t just mean showing up with a curated quote and a Canva post.
It means standing in your truth, even if your voice shakes.
It means saying, “This is who I am. This is what I’ve built. And this is why it matters.”

Not because you have to prove yourself.
But because when you own your story, you take back your power.
And that’s where real influence begins.

What part of your story are you done hiding?

Your business can be successful and still feel heavy sometimes
There’s a strange pressure in entrepreneurship to be endlessly grateful.
To downplay your struggles because “at least you’re not in a 9–5 anymore.”
To pretend that once the money comes in, the doubt goes away.

But the truth is, even when the Stripe notifications roll in, you can still feel like it’s all on your shoulders.
Even when you hit the income goals, you can still feel disconnected from your purpose.
Even when it’s working, it doesn’t always feel easy.

You’re not broken for feeling that way.
You’re human.

And being honest about that?
That’s leadership.

What’s something you wish more people would admit about success?

We love a polished story.
We love the moment someone “made it.”
What we don’t see is the years before that.
The failures. The launches that flopped. The services that didn’t sell. The work they did when no one was watching.

If you’re in the early stages, it’s easy to feel like you’re doing something wrong just because it’s not happening fast.
But slow growth builds strong roots.
The kind that sustains you long after the hype fades.

So if no one’s clapping yet, clap for yourself.
You’re not behind. You’re just still in the part of your story no one will remember, but you’ll never forget.

What’s one lesson you’ve learned from the hardest part of your journey so far?

You will question everything, and that doesn’t mean you’re not meant for this.

There will be days when you feel unstoppable.
And there will be days when you wonder why you even started.

That’s business. That’s the duality of being a woman who dared to bet on herself.
You can be in love with what you do and deeply overwhelmed by it.
You can be proud of your success and feel scared about keeping it going.
You can know your offer changes lives and still second-guess every post you write.

This isn’t a sign you’re failing, it’s proof you’re all in.

When was the last time you questioned everything, and kept going anyway?

Let’s get one thing clear: your personal brand isn’t just your colours, fonts, or the pose you strike in your headshots.

It’s the way people feel when they land on your page.
It’s how they describe you when you’re not in the room.
It’s the trust you build, before they ever fill out a contact form.

And here’s the truth: if you’re hiding behind “professionalism” and trying to sound like everyone else in your niche, you’re not building a brand, you’re blending in.

You want people to connect?
Then let them see you. The mess. The mission. The momentum.

What’s one part of your brand that’s a direct extension of you?

It’s okay to not love your business every single day
Here’s something no one tells you at the start: you won’t always love your business.

There will be days you want to walk away from it completely. Days when the tech breaks, the invoices are late, the energy is gone, and you wonder why you ever thought this was a good idea.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human.

You built something from nothing, and you’re allowed to feel everything about that. Love. Frustration. Exhaustion. Pride.

The relationship you have with your business will shift. What matters is that you don’t forget your “why” on the hard days.

What’s one thing that always brings you back to your business?

15/06/2025

Being visible doesn’t mean being loud
You don’t have to be the loudest voice in the room to be seen.

Visibility in business is not about dancing on reels, sharing your deepest trauma, or pretending you’re always ‘on.’
It’s about consistency. Clarity. Confidence in who you are and what you stand for.

You can be introverted, quiet, considered, and still make noise in all the right ways.

Stop forcing yourself to show up like everyone else. You don’t need to perform. You just need to be present.

💬 How do you show up in a way that feels true to you?

The messy middle still counts as progress
You don’t have to be scaling, launching, or celebrating a big milestone to be proud of your business.

Sometimes, progress looks like choosing not to quit when no one’s watching. It’s sitting at your desk in a hoodie at 9pm, still figuring out how the hell to do this thing. It’s crying, doubting, showing up, and still building anyway.

We don’t talk enough about the messy middle. The bit between “just starting” and “wild success.”
That part? It’s where most of us are. And it’s where the real growth happens.

Still in the messy middle? What’s keeping you going?

13/06/2025

“No” is a complete sentence.
And yet, how often do you find yourself padding it with reasons? Justifying it. Apologising for it.

You don’t need to over-explain your needs.
You don’t need a bulletproof excuse to prioritise your energy.
You don’t need to say yes out of guilt.

Your time is sacred. Your peace is priceless.

What’s one boundary you’re finally holding firm on?

12/06/2025

There is no right way to do this.

No magic formula.
No “one true path” to success.

Some women thrive on structure. Others need creativity and flow.
Some post daily. Others go deep once a week.
Some work from a beach. Others from the kitchen table.

What matters is that you build a business that supports your life.
Not one that performs well on Instagram but feels empty behind the scenes.

What’s one way you’ve built your business to suit you?
