I’ve seen people say, “We made profit”… but they still don’t have money.
👉 People think profit means available cash.
It doesn’t.
You can be profitable… and still be broke.
Profit is calculated after sales.
👉 But cash depends on when money enters your account.
That difference is where confusion starts.
You do a job worth £2,000.
On paper — profit.
But payment is coming in 30 days.
Meanwhile:
• Bills are due
• Expenses are waiting
You have profit… but no cash.
Example (Nigeria):
You sell goods on credit.
Your book shows profit…
But your pocket is empty.
To fix this:
• Don’t rely only on profit
• Focus on cashflow
• Reduce too much credit sales
• Always plan for when cash will come in

👉 Cash is reality.
I’ve seen people receive money… and instead of growing, things got worse.
The problem is not lack of money.
👉 The problem is poor decisions.
Many people think:
“If I just get money, everything will be fine.”
But without understanding…
Money can make things worse.
In business, decisions control direction.
👉 Money only amplifies your decisions.
If your decisions are wrong:
You spend wrongly
You invest wrongly
You expand too early
You receive capital.
Instead of reinvesting properly…
You mix business and personal spending.
The money disappears.
