Thank you to all of our families for coming to celebrate the end of our wonderful year together. The Ducklings loved singing some songs and then watching the special video of some highlights from their year in Nursery before enjoying their picnics outside. We are so proud of all the Ducklings and know that they are all ready for the next stage of their school life. We hope you all have a wonderful summer. 🥰

We were so proud to share our Year 4 Leavers Assembly with you. The children picked some wonderful memories of their time at SGFS to share accompanied by some beautiful singing. At the end it was lovely to share their wonderful achievements in Year 4 with a special certificate. Thank you Year 4, you were amazing! 🤩

We are thrilled to be awarded Platinum status for our OPAL Play for the second time! Thank you to our wonderful families for all your support 🌟

🌊Everybody loved the beach trip to Whitley Bay! ☀️Ice creams, sandcastles, splashing in the sea and making memories with our friends. Thank you to our lovely parent helpers for coming with us. 🍦 🪣🪏

As we head towards the end of the school year, this week, the children have enjoyed drawing self-portraits of themselves. They have loved comparing them with the self-portraits that they drew in September when they first joined Duckling Class and seeing how much progress they have made. Well done, Ducklings! 🌟

What a day for our wonderful Summer Picnic! Thank you so much to the SGFS PTA for organising this great event and to everyone who came along and paid for their space. Big thank you also to our brilliant choir and steel pans groups! We certainly had the weather for it this year ☀️☀️☀️
