what we eat in a day: holiday edition 🥥🌴🌊🐚
Generally we start the day with a training session, walk, run or paddle. Not because we feel we have to, because it makes us feel good, ready for the day and explore the area we are staying!
High protein, high fat, antioxidant full breakfast. Fruit, omelette or poached eggs with smoked salmon, overnight oats, chia puddings / yogurt have been a go to.
Rest of the day consists of whatever we’re fancying! We LOVE seafood so anything with fresh fish we will probably be having🐠.
But no, we don’t count calories on holiday🥰
