💚 Thank You 💚

We have received some beautiful cards, thoughtful gifts and lovely words from our parents, children and families as some of our children prepare for their exciting next chapter at school.

We feel so lucky to welcome children into our nursery and be part of their journey, watching them grow, learn and blossom.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful families for your continued kindness, support and trust in us. It truly means so much to our whole team.

🩷 💚 ❤️ 🤎 💙 A little appreciation post for our Oliver Bonas Little Den bags!
I bought these for our girls across our nurseries as a little thank you for working so hard over the summer term heatwaves an all!
I absolutely LOVE seeing them out and about already!
At the park, grabbing a coffee, soft play, swimming, days out… they’re coming in very handy for the team!
It was only a bag, but it was my little way of saying I see you, I appreciate you and thank you for everything you do for our children, our families each day at nursery.
And I have to say… I think they look pretty to fabulous too!

A Little Act of Kindness ❤️

This afternoon, our children enjoyed a lovely walk over to the day centre at Earl’s Court to visit some of the residents.

Last week, our children held their very own bake sale and, with the amazing support of our families, raised a fantastic £50.70! 🧁

Today, they were so excited and proud to deliver the money to our lovely neighbours, helping towards their fundraising for a special day trip to Llandudno.

We are incredibly proud of our children for showing such kindness, generosity and care for others. It’s so important to us that our children learn about being part of their local community and experience just how special it feels to do something kind for others.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our bake sale. Your generosity has helped our children make a wonderful difference and will hopefully make the residents’ day trip that little bit more special! ❤️

🎓GRADUATION 2026 🎓

What a truly wonderful afternoon we had celebrating our amazing Bears Graduation!

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parents and families who joined us to celebrate their little ones and their incredible nursery journey. It was so special to have you there making memories with us.

Throughout the afternoon, our children and their families enjoyed lots of lovely activities together:

🌻 Planting their very own sunflower
☀️ Creating beautiful sun catchers
🌹 Making their own flower vases
🧊 Exploring flower ice play
🐞 Taking part in an exciting insect and bug hunt

We then ended our special afternoon together by singing our graduation song, ‘I’m On My Way’ 🎶 before our graduation ceremony, where we proudly presented each of our Bears with their graduation certificate and very own graduation bear. 🎓

Of course, we couldn’t let the afternoon pass without capturing lots of beautiful graduation photographs, both individually and alongside the special friends they have made throughout their time with us. 📸

It was such a magical afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, proud moments and lots of special memories. ✨

To our wonderful Bears, we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and everything you have achieved throughout your nursery journey. Watching you learn, grow and flourish has been an absolute privilege.

As you begin your next big adventure, we know you are going to continue to shine. ✨

🌿 OUR OUTDOOR SPACE IS TAKING SHAPE! 🌿

Another big job ticked off at our new Den — our perimeter is now nearly fully secured and our gorgeous green artificial grass has gone down! 💚

Outdoor play is such a significant part of a child’s day at The Little Den. We want our children to spend lots of time outdoors, getting fresh air, being active, exploring, investigating and learning through play every single day.

We absolutely love the little low-level windows along the building too 🥹. Our littlest Baby Bears will be able to sit, stand and peek out onto the garden, watching what is happening outside and seeing their friends playing, before heading out to join them.

The artificial grass gives us a lovely, soft and practical all-weather play space, but this is only one part of our outdoor provision. 🌱

Beyond this, we have our large natural grass area that wraps around our building which we are so excited to explore and develop. Once our Baby Den is completed, this beautiful natural space will be the next area we turn our attention to as we begin to develop our Little Den Forest School. 🌳🐛🍃

We have so many ideas for how this space can grow — giving our children opportunities to explore nature, get muddy, investigate, take appropriate risks, build confidence and experience the wonderful learning that happens outdoors.

Another step closer to our new Little Den…

A huge congratulations to our wonderful Maci-Jae, our Employee of the Month for July! 💚

Maci-Jae’s kind, caring, and cheerful personality shines through in everything she does. She has built such lovely relationships with the children, who absolutely adore spending time with her, helping to create a warm, happy, and nurturing environment every day.

She is always willing to support her team, lend a helping hand, and go above and beyond whenever needed. Her passion for learning and developing as an Early Years Practitioner is truly inspiring, and her dedication never goes unnoticed.
