🐾🌊 Flossie’s Seaside Adventures! 🌊🐾

Our lovely Therapy Dog Flossie, along with her owner Ian, have been enjoying a well-deserved holiday by the seaside! ☀️🐶

They’ve been staying at Cambrian Coast Caravan Park - Borth, a wonderfully dog-friendly site with a dog-friendly beach too – which meant Flossie could make the most of her holiday and enjoy a splash in the sea! 🌊🐾

Judging by the photos, she certainly looks like she’s been having a fantastic time – enjoying the water and making some special seaside memories with the children. 🥰

We think Flossie has definitely got the right idea about how to spend the summer holidays! ☀️🏖️🐶

The Gillyflowers Award 2026 🌸

Every year at VIP Education, we proudly present the Gillyflowers Award in memory of our much-loved colleague, Gill.

Gill was a truly valued member of our team who always went above and beyond. She brought kindness, dedication, and a wonderful sense of humour to everything she did, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.

This year, we sadly lost another very special colleague, Carl, who shared those same qualities. Carl always went the extra mile for the children, families, schools, and colleagues he worked with. His compassion, commitment, and friendship will never be forgotten.

From now on, this award honours both Gill and Carl. It recognises members of our team who consistently go that extra mile, make a difference, and embody the values they both represented.

We were overwhelmed to receive 50 nominations this year, a testament to the incredible people we have across our organisation. Every single nomination reflects the dedication, care, and passion our staff show every day.

This year’s winner was chosen by Carl’s son, making the award even more meaningful.

A huge congratulations to Tom Durham on a thoroughly deserved achievement, and well done to everyone who was nominated. You should all be incredibly proud.

We know that Gill and Carl would both be immensely proud of the team you continue to be.
