After weeks (and probably months!) of revision, question practice, and exam preparation, it's important to take some time to recharge and reset.

✅ Celebrate the effort you've put in, regardless of how you feel the exams went

Revision season can be tough, especially in the warmer weather, so don’t forget to look after yourself as well as your studies 📚

Simple tips for effective revision in the heat:
✅ Study early morning or later evening when it’s cooler
✅ Keep hydrated throughout the day 💧
✅ Take regular breaks and get some fresh air
✅ Use short revision sessions to stay focused
✅ Get enough sleep — your brain needs rest to perform at its best!
