Today is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women 🌏 We have highlighted the issue of how the pandemic has increased the numbers of domestic violence worldwide. Violence against women, girls and non-gender based violence is a human rights violation and it needs to be stopped.

Consent is an enthusiastic yes! It’s freely given, without fear or coercion. Just because you were given consent in the past, does not mean you have consent now. Consent is mandatory each and every time. Consent can be withdrawn at any time! You cannot consent is you are incapacitated or asleep, only when you are fully aware of your surroundings. No means No!
Please respect yourself and others around you by educating yourself on what consent is. It helps everyone feel more comfortable and important.
