How lovely does our entrance now look, a freshly painted door in keeping with our theme of course!
Our children’s nursery journey begins from the moment we say “hello” each day at the door x

WOW! Well as the weekend draws to a close, I have booked (in 3 days!) a staggering 27 visits for prospective parents of children who will hopefully form our New Little Den Chesterton family.
I foresee that Little Den Chesterton will be like my other two Little Dens a first choice for many parents.

WHAT AN INTERESTING SPACE!
This has got to be one of my favourite spots within nursery, our preschool children (Bears) can relax with a story book alongside their friends.
Children could also sit comfortably on a bean bag and watch and talk about the sky, weather, birds.
What a wonderful learning opportunity- I can’t wait to see children experience this space…

BABY BEARS 🐻 - our youngest of children will be cared for in this beautiful space - with its very own underfloor heating throughout - if you know me you know it’s only the best at The Little Den!
Our babies will explore and rest in a homely, cosy and in those colder months a nice warm toasty environment just perfect x x

Our extra large picture frame is now displaying our beautiful Sun Ray mural - the sun is definitely shining on The Little Den in more ways than one ☀️

MAKING ME SMILE 😃
Remember I told you about our children’s kitchen in which we could cook, create and experiment!
Well just look at our jolly characters- we have Barry the banana 🍌 Carl the coconut 🥥 I can’t wait for the children to think of lots more names for our bright and inviting kitchen friends!

Our beautiful room signs have arrived - a beautiful special space inside been created for each of our age groups. In true Little Den style our children deserve and only get the best! Exciting!

HELLO THERE! After a lovely week in the sunshine ☀️ with my family, I am now back and looking forward to all things Little Den Chesterton!
All your enquiries will be answered tomorrow - thank you for patience.
Our nursery transformation will now continue, and we will get ever closer to being able to open our doors to visitors.

Tonight’s update! Staff room is now completed all ready for my newest members of The Little Den team, (keeping the colour a suprise of course!)
The team have a lovely space to relax and unwind.
As you can see I LOVE motivational quotes and if you work for ‘Kathy’ you will often hear me reeling them off in conversation!

All the fixtures and fittings have arrived! Brand NEW bathrooms are coming our way… the transformation continues….. exciting!

WOW Another beautiful feature that has been brought to life today simply by a coat of white paint! How lovely is this ceiling!
I simply can’t wait to fill this beautiful nursery with children and allow them to flourish and learn in such a beautiful environment 😍

I wonder who will be the first to visit The Little Den Day Nursery - Chesterton!!!
I just can’t wait until our doors are open and we can warmly welcome parents into nursery and show you all things Little Den!

I think this little house is becoming a home 😍
I am uncovering some parts of the building that were hidden..
This glass - I never noticed the beautiful pattern before, the paint was dull.
Now the white paint allows the pattern to come alive!
The cute little hatch - I have visions of our office manager saying “Good Morning!” to all the children and parents as they enter each morning.
My beloved Little Dens they truly are built with love ❤️❤️❤️

Did someone say a NEW nursery colour scheme was on it way!!!

We may have camping chairs at the moment but soon our staff room will be completed and all ready to welcome our new team!

Our nursery kitchen is progressing well, this kitchen will have an extra special twist!

We will be having a fully functioning ‘kiddie kitchen’ in which our children will benefit from a work space that is tailored to their height.
The children will experiment, cook and bake!

It will be a first for The Little Den to be able to offer this experience in a bespoke unquie kiddie kitchen for the children - very exciting watch this space!!!

OUR NEW LOGO! Our design work is now back and signed off, all ready to use on our banners, signs etc.. Exciting steps to establishing our NEW nursery!!

I love the brick, the light, the views, the unquie mini raised conservatory and so much more!
