Congratulations to Katie Evans in completing her level 3 in childcare and development. There's been lots of ups and downs along the way but with a few motivational conversations and a lot of encouragement Katie got through the course and passed with flying colours. We'd also like to thank the Prentisiaethau'r Urdd in particular (Sonia) for her amazing tuition, patience and help she has given Katie May Evans along the way.

🌟EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH🌟
This month the award goes out to Laura Davies 👏
Laura has worked really hard in doing extra shifts to cover staff absences as well as her own shifts this month. She shows great empathy and enthusiasm with all the children and has become really popular as the children's go to person when they need help or reassurance. Well done and thank you Laura for everything you are doing for the nursery. It certainly doesn't go unseen 🫶❤️🎉

⭐️EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH ⭐️
A very deserving congratulations and recognition this month goes to our lovely Star Marsland.
Star has recently turned 18 years old and just completed her level 3 in childcare and development. It's been an absolute privilege and honour to help this young lady learn, develop and thrive into the fantastic childcare practitioner that she is. She has worked so hard on completing her course as well as working with us full time. She never moans, has covered numerous extra shifts and just has a wonderful way with the children. I'm sure she will be super successful in her new venture as a Nanny in London.

🎉🎉🎉WE DID IT 🎉🎉🎉
After what has seemed a lengthy and intense process with Early Years Wales in applying for the Quality for All Award, I am happy to say we have excelled and received our certificate🏆❤️
The process was quite lengthy as I had to do an initial reflection of service, then a professional discussion about what we do and how we do it, then an inspection was arranged by a very particular and thorough lady at the Early Years Wales team to do an observation of practice.
To say I am chuffed to bits would be an understatement. I would like to thank all my staff for working hard towards this Award as I could never run this business so well without them ❤️
Early Years Wales believes that consistently meeting all regulatory requirements to the highest standards, and continuously reflecting on and evaluating practice is key to the delivery of high-quality childcare where the best possible experiences and opportunities are provided for children and families.

A part time or full time position has come available to work in the nursery.
MUST hold a minimum of level 2 Qualification in Childcare and Education.
Welsh speaker preferably but not essential.
Has lots of enthusiasm and energy to be an active role model in our children's lives.
Further training in the childcare industry can be provided.
