🌟 Learner Spotlight: Jason 🌟

We’re delighted to celebrate Jason, whose commitment, determination, and approach to learning have made him a fantastic example of what can be achieved through an apprenticeship.

Throughout his Level 4 Associate Project Management apprenticeship, Jason has fully embraced every learning opportunity, putting in extra time to build his knowledge and confidently apply it in the workplace.

His hard work is already making a real difference. Jason has shared his learning with colleagues and introduced positive changes at Vitacress, while his End Point Assessment project is set to deliver significant savings in time, cost and sustainability.

Congratulations, Jason! We’re incredibly proud to see how far you’ve come and excited to see what you achieve next. 💙💗

🌟 Learner Success Story: Virginia 🌟

"WBTC reintroduced me to education in my late forties."

After working as support staff in a school, Virginia was given the opportunity to complete a Business Administration apprenticeship and gain a qualification through day-release and learning on and off the job with her employer. It came at the right time, and she discovered a real enjoyment for learning

When her apprenticeship ended, Virginia wanted to continue her education. She went on to study part-time with The Open University, completing an Arts & Humanities degree with a focus on Creative Writing.

Six years later, Virginia achieved a First-Class Honours degree — and it all started with WBTC.
