A very loved and handy little scarf for toddlers and children

My little babe is getting over a cold and snotty nose, so I added a small drop of eucalyptus to his woollen scarf today to aid his respiratory system

I often do the same for me… however I opt for a wintery warmer such as ‘cheer’ or ‘holiday joy’

I am feeling the shift of summer coming to an end and my mind being met with the need to organise for the next season

I’ve been hiding my head in the sand about my daughter starting school.. 😢
So now I’m channelling that energy into making our mornings as smooth and as positive as possible!

Hello old friend

My menstrual cycle hasn’t been the same since having my son 15 months ago, but she greeted me again recently and I’m so grateful I have this little bottle of joy by my side to hold my hand, soothe my aches and brighten up my mood

I need to remember to have her on me the week before when my mood REALLY throws me into gear!

I wanted to shed light on the fact our moods go up and down, some days we feel into it and other days we need some help

Clary calm for me is that state of help and the hug I need, my body knows how to react to it and I soften into her powers
