Most “flat” sketches aren’t a skill issue — they’re a decision issue.
Too many colours = noise. Edit the palette, pick 4, and let the page breathe.

Light moves fast. So should we.

In “Fearless Watercolour Sketching”, Isabel Carmona () invites you to capture Terrassa with bold colour and confident marks — fast, fun, and expressive. You’ll learn to paint without hesitation, overlap washes to build meaning, and turn a messy first pass into a vibrant final sketch.

Ready to paint with more energy and less doubt?

Colour isn’t decoration. It’s the fingerprint of a place.

In her two-part workshop “Palette Narratives”, Isabell Seidel (.seidel.art) guides us to collect Terrassa’s colours first, then edit them — moving from observation to expression. We’ll decode light, materials, shadows and atmosphere, and turn them into palettes that lead to bold, personal sketches.

You’ll leave seeing colour differently, and using it with far more intention.

Join us in Terrassa for Colour Scape 2026.

Color is not just what we see; it is how we feel the beat of a place.

In her workshop “Colour Beat,” Olivia Marcus () invites us to break free from “real” colors to find the ones that truly tell the story of Terrassa. From small, experimental miniatures to bold, large-format scenes, you will learn how to layer textures and mix media to make your sketches pop.

It’s about finding the rhythm of the city through inks, watercolors, and pencils—balancing freedom with control to create a composition that is uniquely yours.
Are you ready to let color take the lead?

Join us in Terrassa for an unforgettable creative experience.

Inma Serrano is joining us in Bristol with a workshop designed to help you see the city with fresh eyes: observe more, choose faster, and turn the scene into a page with real character.

Most people think sketching is about tools.
It isn’t.

It’s about three things that change everything.
Swipe to see what we mean.

Colour Scape - Terrassa is built around them, and that’s why a few days together can feel like weeks of progress.

Artwork by Isabell Seidel. “Colour studies.”

Small groups change everything.
More time to look, more time to talk, more time to learn. The pace slows down, the observation gets sharper, and colour becomes clearer.

That’s the spirit of Colour Scape in Terrassa: focused practice, shared walks, and a week that feels longer in the best way.

Terrassa is full of contrasts. The Rambla can be busy and loud, and at other times unexpectedly calm.

That’s why it’s such a good place to study colour. Because colour is also contrast: light and shadow, warm and cool, sharp edges and soft transitions. When you learn to see those relationships, colour becomes clearer and more intentional.

Some days, the city teaches you by speeding up. Other days, by slowing down.
