Fun and friendly fitness classes in the Newbury area...child friendly and social :)

As a mum of three young children I know how are hard it is to fit in a bit of fitness for you. I love being able to provide fitness classes for you where you can bring your little ones without worrying about them interrupting or joining in and even better you go home smiling from having done something for you at the same time : )

Injuries are rubbish and I’ve had a few over the last 9months 🦌 🚲 😬 nothing else quite sorts my headspace out like running in the fresh air with a good hit of vitamin d ☀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🌳 … hoping this is forwards and onwards 🤞
