Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - Everyone has the opportunity to enhance this set of emotional and social skills. EQ is all about the way we perceive and express ourselves; develop and maintain our social relationships; cope with our challenges and use emotional information that we come into contact with in an effective and meaningful way. However, we first need to have an understanding of what EQ is and what our results look like if we were to undertake a self-assessment using the EQI-2.0 tool. It's not about having a high EQ score either, but it is about having a balanced EQ score.
