Hiring: Teacher of Computer Science

We are seeking an experienced Computer Science Teacher to join our Computing and ICT Department.

The Downs School will be holding an open day for Computer Science Teachers on Tuesday 8 October 2019 from 11.30 until 3.15. The open day is an ideal opportunity to find out more about our current Computer Science vacancy. You will have a tour of the school, meet members of the department and wider faculty, observe lessons and meet the students.

Hiring now: Invigilator

Do you have some spare time and would like to support the school?

As an invigilator you will supervise students before and during examinations following strict regulations and procedures. You will be involved in the checking and secure dispatch of examination papers to the appropriate examination boards. Ability to remain calm under pressure is essential for this valuable and important job for the school.

During busy examination periods you will be required to work approximately 3 days per week.
