We were just as surprised as you are… 😳😉

We love giving our members a positive environment to express their emotions. 😂🥊

Move better. Train better.

We always spend time at the start of class working through mobility and getting the body ready to train.

It might not be the most exciting part of the session, but improving how you move, preparing the joints and gradually increasing your range of movement all helps you train more effectively.

It’s not just about warming up for today’s session, it’s about keeping your body moving well so you can continue training for years to come.

Small things, done consistently, make a big difference.

4 weeks post op and finally getting properly stuck back in.

There’s nothing quite like being back in the room with the team coaching, holding pads, having a laugh and seeing everyone putting the work in.

The students brought the energy tonight… and I may have gotten a little carried away 😂

Still rebuilding, still taking it step by step, but it feels good to be back doing what I love.

Watch until the end… 👀
