Happy New Year all and we’re half way through January ! ( nearly 😂) ✨✨✨Just had a lovely session at Ollerton’s Dementia hub ❤️🎶❤️ December was full with choir performances, A Play performed by Gedling Day Services, Care home choirs and much more. My sessions are about using music as a way to connect with our own voice, memories and to ease anxiety and for positive mental health ! 🎵✨🎵
