Qualified Early Years Educator – Job Vacancy

Muskham Preschool is at the heart of our local community, providing a happy, welcoming and homely environment where children can build secure relationships, grow in confidence and thrive in their learning.

Our friendly village preschool is looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our well-established, close-knit team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with young children
• Is patient, caring and creative
• Works well as part of a small, supportive team
• Has experience and qualifications in Early Years education

Hours: To be negotiated
Start date: ASAP
Location: North Muskham Rural Community Centre

We love a delivery day! Let’s be honest, who doesn’t! 💛

This one was a little different… Our sandpit needed some TLC, and a very kind friend of Muskham Preschool kindly offered to help us out.

Today they dropped our sandpit back off and we are absolutely loving the transformation! 🌟 We’ve got a lovely new pop of colour, and the slightly shorter legs mean even our littlest children can get stuck in and enjoy the fun. 🏖️

It’s already proving a big hit as the children explore, dig, pour and play together - supporting their creativity, coordination and social skills through hands-on learning.

A huge thank you to our wonderful friend for helping us bring it back to life! 💕

We love finding fun and engaging ways to support our children’s learning! 💛

Our interactive smartboard is a fantastic resource that the children can use for all sorts of exciting activities; from puzzles and matching games to drawing, counting, phonics and much more.

Here is one of our children completing a jigsaw puzzle on the smartboard and looking very proud of herself when she finished it! 🧩🥰

Using a smartboard in a preschool setting can help children develop so many important skills. Interactive activities encourage problem-solving, concentration and hand-eye coordination, while also helping children build confidence as they learn to use technology independently.

It’s also a brilliant way to make learning more visual, hands-on and engaging, giving children opportunities to work together, take turns and celebrate their achievements. 🌟
