The completed advent calendar. The last figure to come out was of course the Baby Jesus on Christmas Eve. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and best wishes for the new year xx

We currently have Joseph, several sheep (including one in the manger) and a star. I'm going to put the star on a stick so that it can be in the sky rather than on the floor!

2nd of December and Thomas found Joseph. So now there's just Joseph and a sheep chilling in the stable. I'm not sure that is how the story actually goes but as far as Thomas is concerned it's all good.

All set up at West Bridgford Library for the Christmas craft fair today. We're here until 2pm. Lots of beautiful stalls here.

The fun Christmas bauble class has been cancelled due to me double booking myself! Sorry to those who were interested. More classes will be coming in the New Year!

Lorraine has been desperate to make a unicorn since she started needlefelting with me last year. So today's Mythical Creatures workshop was just three opportunity she needed. As she was on her own in class due to illness we were able to get a bit ambitious. I think she's made an absolutely beautiful unicorn. She's named her Una. Great work Lorraine, you've improved massively since you first started and your confidence with the technique has definitely grown.

Lovely work by the ladies at today's workshop. One complete beginner and one improver and they both completed a fairy and started on their second! Took to needlefelting like ducks to water. Aren't they such sweet little fairies? 😍
