Your Day-to-Day Role

Inspire young minds: Help set up and lead fun activities like arts, crafts, sensory play, and storytime.
Nurture and care: Support children’s daily routines, including healthy meal times, snack preparation, and nap times.
Keep kids safe: Maintain a clean, bright, and safe learning environment for everyone.
Track progress: Work with experienced team members to observe, record, and celebrate the children's learning milestones.
Build bonds: Greet parents warmly and help children feel happy, safe, and secure every single day.

We are hiring a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our busy team. You will plan fun learning activities, care for children, and help them grow. The pay will be based on experience. This is a full-time role starting soon.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday worked as 10 hour days, so you only work 4 days a week.
Contract: Permanent, full-time

What You Will Do
Plan and lead fun games and learning tasks.
Watch each child and write down their progress.
Keep children safe and happy all day.
Talk to parents about their child's day.
Work well with the rest of the team.

What You Need
A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (like CACHE, NCFE, or NVQ).
A clear DBS check (we can help you get this).
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) rules.
A warm, friendly, and patient personality.

Even though we are open all year round, we still have some children leaving this week as they are term time only. So today we've had a surprise bbq for the children. As you can see they've had great time.

I would also like to take the opportunity to give a massive shout out to all the staff, none of what we do would be possible with you. ❤️

Today two staff and 11 children went to get some cups for the children's graduation party. We went into the village savers shop to get the cups. The lovely lady that owns the shop asked if she could give the children a tub of bubbles to each of the children. This made the children's day, thank you so much 🫧🫧❤️

Thank you for all the wonderful memories we've created together over the years. Through both the joyful moments and the challenges, you've brought us laughter and tears, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Time flies, and we can still remember each of your first days at nursery. You've only just begun your learning journey, and you will all soar through the rest of it.
To the parents, you have become friends to us all. You and your children are, and always will be, part of the Inside Out Family. You've all done amazingly well, and please do stay in touch.
