The inspector commented:

Nursery Practitioner
We are a well-established family nursery with a forest school on site and babies from 3 months old. We are ideally looking for qualified and/or experienced staff who have a love of working with children.
We would also be happy to take an apprentice or trainee
Staff are well supported in their personal and professional development together with in-house training
Offering an hourly rate between minimum wage and £11 per hour depending on age, qualifications and experience.
Opportunities to take on additional roles and progressing up the ladder with an increment in pay.
Daily responsibilities:
To have a sound knowledge of child development
To have the ability to use that knowledge effectively to meet the needs of individual children
To be able to work as part of a team
Benefits:

· Partnered with BUPA to support staff with any emotional and well-being issues and also for any practical help with financial problems if needed

Nursery Practitioner

Permanent full-time position

We are a well-established family nursery, taking babies from 3 months old. We are ideally looking for qualified and/or experienced staff who have a love of working with children.

We would also be happy to take an apprentice or trainee
