Well done to all six singers from yesterday’s House Vocalist Competition. Congratulations to Davut for securing 1st Place and earning 30 points for More House with a lovely rendition of John Legend’s “All of Me”.🥇 Thank you to the Heads of House for their support, and to our expert judges, Mrs Bailey and Mrs Verdin.

Last week, we were blessed with daily live performances at break and lunch in the canteen. We heard everything from solos and duets, to our school choir and orchestra! Well done to everyone involved, especially to Patryk in Year 11 for volunteering to take photos, which I think you would agree look very professional!

The judges are booked, the prize has been purchased and the bands are rehearsing and excited to perform. All that’s left is for you to purchase your ticket to come and cheer on the talented and .newmalden bands taking part in the Battle of the Bands in just three weeks. Attention all and .newmalden bands! Do you have an original song and fancy winning the chance to have it recorded at a professional studio? Speak to Mr Leach or Mr De Carolis about entering the Battle of the Bands, taking place at Richard Challoner on 26th March, 6pm.

The House Music Competition is in three weeks time, and the choirs, soloists and bands from each House are busy rehearsing away. Join us on 11th February at 7pm for an exciting evening of music.
