Today is the last day of the first half of the Autumn term and Acacia will be closed next week.

We hope that you all have a wonderful break.

We reopen on Wednesday 5th November 2025!

Our AGM is tomorrow evening, 8pm, at Acacia. We hope to see lots of you there.

This week weather is predicted to be hot.
Can all children come with a hat. Children that are staying for the full day please have suncream in their bags for us to reapply.

Dear Parents and carers,

On the morning of Wednesday 2nd April, the children will have the opportunity to participate in our Easter egg hunt. At the end of the hunt, the children will be able to trade the eggs that they have found for a chocolate one 😊

This will also be our Spring dress up day, where the children are invited to come dressed up in anything 'Spring' (i.e. Easter bonnet, Spring coloured clothes etc...). We are asking for voluntary donations on this day that will be used towards paying for our summer farm visit.

Acacia reopens tomorrow morning.

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are becoming increasingly aware of a number of cases of hand, foot and mouth disease within Acacia. This is very common in children due to it being highly contagious. As a setting, we are taking precautions to minimise the spread, such as sterilising toys, tables and chairs on a daily basis.

Dear Parents and Carers,

Once again this year we will be raising money by taking part in the Rudolph Cards Personalised Merchandise Extravaganza. Your child will be designing a special picture at Acacia, which can then be printed on to their very own packs of Christmas Cards, Mug, Teddy Bear, Fridge Magnet, Xmas Bauble, Tea Towel, Tote Bag, Keyring and Coasters! These are perfect for family and friends this coming festive season, as they will be truly unique.

The children will be creating their designs next week and we will then send them home for you to see and complete the order form. However, if you would prefer your child to do their design at home with you, please let us know and we can give you a blank drawing sheet.

Tomorrow we will be having a coffee morning hosted by the Acacia trustees. Everyone is welcome.

Reminder

Acacia is closed on Thursday 4th July as Malden Wanderers is being used as a polling station. We will reopen as normal on Friday.
