An amazing day with Year 12!💚

It was an absolute pleasure delivering First Aid Training to the Year 12 students at Wirral Grammar School! 👏

The students were absolutely fantastic throughout the day, enthusiastic, engaged and eager to learn skills that could one day help them save a life. 🙌

From CPR and AED use to choking, anaphylaxis, seizures and managing bleeding, they threw themselves into every activity and showed real maturity, confidence and a brilliant attitude towards learning. ⛑️

As a trainer, it’s so rewarding to see young people developing the knowledge and confidence to step up and help someone in an emergency. You never know when these skills might make all the difference! 🩹

A huge well done to all the Year 12 students, and thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome. It was a pleasure to be part of your personal development journey! 💚

At Above All First Aid, we believe everyone should have the confidence to act when it matters most. 👏

A HUGE well done to yesterday’s newly qualified Paediatric First Aiders!⛑️💚

What a fantastic day of learning, practising, supporting one another, and having plenty of fun along the way! 👏

Paediatric First Aid training is such an important part of being an Early Years Practitioner. Working with babies and young children means being prepared for those unexpected moments, and having the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond quickly can make such a difference when it matters most.

It was brilliant to see everyone get stuck in, build their confidence and support each other throughout the day! You should be incredibly proud of yourselves🫶🏻👏

🚨 And just like that… another busy week at Above All First Aid! 🚨

Brew ☕️? Plenty.
First aid training? ABSOLUTELY! ⛑️😂

This week we’ve been busy turning everyday people into confident first aiders, with some first-timers learning the skills from scratch, and some familiar faces coming back to dust off those cobwebs and refresh their knowledge! 🕸️😜

We’ve covered everything from Paediatric First Aid 👶🧸 to Basic Life Support ❤️‍🩹, with plenty of practising, learning, questions and the occasional “wait… what do I do again?!” moment! 😂

But honestly, this is the best part of the job…

Knowing that there are now even more people out there who feel confident to step up, act quickly and safely, and potentially make a life-saving difference when it matters most. ❤️

Hopefully, nobody ever needs to use those skills…
BUT if they do, they’re ready! 💪💚

Another week. More skills. More confidence. More potential lifesavers. 💚👏⛑️
