✅Safe space. Create a space where they feel comfortable to fail. Treat mistakes as learning experiences. Encourage a supportive and inclusive culture when working in groups.
✅Challenge them! Yes, challenge them. Provide experiences that are difficult but remain a safe space for them to try new things.
✅Build competence. When we think we are good at doing things, we feel more confident. Create opportunities to build competence.
