I thought I'd share a little of what I've been writing about here - the joy of being able to look after two horses is learning about how they live in herds but also how they share energy and whatever you're feeling they'll pick up on.

You can't lie to a horse, they know how you're feeling, equally, if you can change your thinking in the moment, then so can they.

That's why I love using them both in therapy.
